"I called them for a diagnosis because my AC system was freezing up and there was no airflow coming through the vents. I explained this during our initial phone call. They said they’d send someone to check it out. About an hour later, the technician told my wife that the system was working fine, but he recommended cleaning the coils and wanted to charged us $200, even though we had just had them cleaned recently. After he left, the AC froze up again. So, the $90 diagnosis fee felt like a waste of money since nothing was actually diagnosis was wrong. "I worked with Husky Air a few years ago and had a really great experience back then, so when my furnace caught fire on 9/19/25, they were the first company I thought to call! Unfortunately, this time around was very disappointing. I called the number on Google and the man who answered (no introduction that I called the correct number) told me to text my name and number and that need be at my home between 10-11a.m. He never confirmed he got my text. The next day, when I followed up, he said his car had a broken pipe (sent a video as proof) and promised to come between 11–12pm. By 2:30, I still had no update. When I called, he said he was already on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. About 45 minutes later, he showed up drenched in sweat, walked straight into my open garage without introducing himself, and just said, “I’m here for the air.” He plugged the furnace back in without asking what had happened (despite me telling him on the phone that it caught fire!) NOT SAFE! I had to stop him from running it. He kept taking phone calls while in a conversion with my in my garage instead of focusing on my issue. After less than a minute of looking, he told me that i needed a new motor or a new furnace. CONFUSION! I asked him to explain this to me in plain terms but repeated the exact explanation. He told me I’d get a quote on Saturday. I waited through the weekend and even into Monday, but no quote ever came. Communication was poor from start to finish, and I felt like my job was an afterthought. There was no trust that he would be safe and detailed in his craft. Because of this, I’ve lost trust in Husky Air. It’s unfortunate, because I had held them in high regard from my previous experience. I really hope this individual gets retrained, but I won’t be using Huskey Air."
